Automated Data Collection Technologies and Cookie Policy (“Cookie Policy”)

As you navigate and interact with our Website, we may use automated data collection technologies (“ADCT”) to collect certain information about your device and your interactions with our Website and its online features.

Depending on how you access or use the Website, this may include:

Usage information (e.g., how and when you interact with or navigate the Website, including pages or content viewed and links clicked).

Device information (e.g., information about your device, browser, or network connection, including IP address and other unique identifiers).

Email interaction data (where applicable) (e.g., whether you opened an email or clicked a link, collected via pixels or similar technologies).

For purposes of this Cookie Policy, “Device information” and “Usage information” have the same meanings as in our Privacy Policy.

Why we collect it

We use ADCT to:

Operate and secure the Website (for example, load balancing, fraud prevention, debugging, and system integrity).

Measure and improve performance and content (for example, analytics and reporting). • Remember preferences (for example, language and cookie choices).

Personalize your experience (for example, showing content or product recommendations).

Advertising and cross-context behavioral advertising (also known as “targeted advertising”), including measuring ad performance and showing you ads on our Website or on third-party sites based on your activity over time and across different websites or services.

Technologies we use

ADCT may include:

Cookies (small files stored by your browser), including cookies that are strictly necessary, functional, analytics/performance, and advertising-related.

Local storage and similar technologies (for example, HTML5 local storage and session storage). We do not use Flash cookies.

Pixels, tags, and web beacons (small code or image files that help measure interactions and support security and analytics; email pixels may also be used to measure email engagement).

Third-party providers that support our Website, including analytics, advertising/marketing, e-commerce functionality, and fraud prevention. These providers may collect information through ADCT on our Website.

Examples of third parties we may use include: Shopify (e-commerce platform and related tools), Meta (advertising/measurement), Klaviyo (marketing), and fraud prevention providers (for example, to help detect and prevent fraudulent transactions).

Your choices

Cookie controls: Where available, you can manage non-essential cookies through our cookie banner. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect Website functionality.

Opt out of sale/sharing / targeted advertising: If we “sell” or “share” personal information (as those terms are defined under certain state privacy laws) for cross-context behavioral advertising, you can opt out by using our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” page or the cookie banner.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): If you visit our Website with the GPC opt-out preference signal enabled, depending on where you are, we will treat this as a request to opt out for the device and browser you use to visit the Website. If we are able to associate the device sending the signal with a Shopify account, we will apply the opt-out request to that account as well. Other than the GPC, we do not recognize “Do Not Track” signals that may be sent from your browser or device

Email marketing: Where offered, you can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Mobile device controls (if applicable): You may be able to limit certain tracking through your device settings (for example, limiting ad tracking or resetting advertising identifiers).
